Cancellation and Refund Policy

TrillPassAdventure has a Cancellation and Refund Policy that applies to all bookings, events, motorcycle tours and paid services offered by TrillPassAdventure.

1. Cancellation by Participant

If you want to cancel your booking with TrillPassAdventure here is what you need to know:

than 15 days before the ride or event with TrillPassAdventure: you will get 80 percent of your money back from TrillPassAdventure.

7 To 14 days before the ride or event with TrillPassAdventure: you will get 50 percent of your money back from TrillPassAdventure.

Than 7 days before the ride or event with TrillPassAdventure: you will not get any money back from TrillPassAdventure.

If you do not show up on the event day with TrillPassAdventure: you will not get any money back from TrillPassAdventure.

You must send an email to support@trillpassadventure.online to cancel your booking with TrillPassAdventure.

It may take 7 to 10 business days for TrillPassAdventure to process your refund.

2. Cancellation by TrillPassAdventure

TrillPassAdventure can. Reschedule any ride or event because of:

bad weather

safety concerns

natural disasters

not enough people signing up

government rules

things that TrillPassAdventure cannot control

If this happens you can get:

all your money back from TrillPassAdventure or

credit to use on a future ride or event with TrillPassAdventure

3. Partial Refund Situations

You will not get any money back from TrillPassAdventure if you:

quit the ride on your own

have a personal emergency

show up late or leave

break the rules and get removed from the event with TrillPassAdventure

4. Transfer of Booking

You can transfer your booking to someone if you ask TrillPassAdventure at least 5 days before the event. TrillPassAdventure must agree to this. Check if the other person is eligible.

5. Refund Method

TrillPassAdventure will send your refund using the payment method you used unless you agree to something else.

You might have to pay some fees for the refund. These fees will be taken out of your refund from TrillPassAdventure.

6. Non-Refundable Items

Some things you pay for might not be refundable, like:

permit fees

hotel bookings

entry tickets

money paid to companies

TrillPassAdventure will tell you about these when you book.

7. Policy Updates

TrillPassAdventure can change this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. TrillPassAdventure will post the policy on this page with a new effective date.
